HFSS needed to build their team's skills in oxygen therapy to support individuals, and to keep their First Aid at Work knowledge up to date
The solution
Working closely with HFSS Learning and Development team, we delivered both essential and highly specialised training built around the needs of the people they support. All staff receive First Aid training as part of their core development, alongside bespoke modules such as oxygen therapy for individuals with specific health needs. This approach means staff gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide safe, effective and person-centred support. Our close collaboration also enables refresher training to be arranged promptly whenever an individual's needs change or additional learning needs are identified.
