Hesley Group - Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training

The challenge

Hesley Group wanted its colleagues to deepen their understanding of learning disabilities and autism, and to turn that learning into better support and better outcomes for the people they support.

The solution

We delivered the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism in partnership with Hesley Group, starting with two days of sessions hosted at Mercury College, part of the group. Trainers with lived experience led the training, with plenty of time for open discussion and practical learning.
