Course Overview

This practical Level 2 Award course teaches safe manual handling techniques and principles to prevent injuries in the workplace. The course covers best practices for moving, lifting, and carrying loads, with a focus on preventing back injuries and other musculoskeletal disorders.

Participants will learn practical handling techniques, assessment methods, and workplace solutions. The course is delivered with a high practical element, allowing participants to practice techniques under expert supervision. Upon successful completion, participants receive an Ofqual-regulated Level 2 certificate.

All courses are delivered by our experienced Nuco Training qualified instructors and can be held at our Scarborough training centre or at your premises.
