First aid is not one-size-fits-all. The right course depends on who you are looking after and what risks they face.

Emergency First Aid at Work

One day. The essentials for lower-risk workplaces: CPR, choking, bleeding and managing an unresponsive casualty.

Three days. A fuller qualification for higher-risk or larger workplaces, covering a wider range of injuries and illnesses.

Basic Life Support & AED

Focused CPR and defibrillator training. Ideal as a refresher or where an AED is available on site.
